"Riley Anne" was first established in 2020 by Riley Hibbs, born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. Riley is a self-taught designer and seamstress. Her passion was sparked at a young age sewing quilts with her mother. This passion has followed her throughout her life. Riley Anne works hard to use ethically sourced fabrics such as  repurposed fabric and natural textiles to make into garments and one-of-a-kind pieces, believing that these recycled and natural resources can be used in a unique way which incites her creativity and design, while reducing the effects of textile waste.
